Job Summary: Responsible for managing the mining production process, ensuring raw materials, supplying materials, and sizing teams and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the mining production process 2. Focus on ensuring raw materials and material supply 3. Leadership in equipment performance analysis and maintenance * Oversee the mining production process; * Monitor mine technical results to ensure raw material supply; * Ensure supply of necessary materials to maintain production line flow; * Size work teams (planning, operations, and maintenance) and equipment; * Ensure achievement of industrial performance indicators; * Analyze performance of mobile mining and industrial equipment, defining preventive or corrective actions; * Ensure scheduling of maintenance and production. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree; * Experience in Industrial Management.
