Responsible for analyzing and providing financial management support through cost indicators, leading cost calculation and analysis, and developing strategic indicators.

Responsible for analyzing and providing financial management support using cost indicators.
Lead the cost calculation and analysis process (industrial and/or operational).
? Develop and monitor strategic cost and profitability indicators.
? Directly participate in pricing, margin determination, and economic feasibility studies.
? Prepare and analyze budgets.
? Conduct variance analyses (actual vs. budgeted) with management recommendations.
? Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and efficiency gains.
? Support strategic decision-making with in-depth financial analyses.
? Actively participate in inventory counts, stock audits, and accounting closings.
? Collaborate closely with business areas (operations, logistics, production).
? Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
? Prepare cost reports for senior management.
? Support the preparation of the Income Statement (DRE).
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* Solid experience in cost accounting/controlling.
* Advanced Excel skills (modeling, dashboards, complex analyses).
* Power BI or other BI tools.
* Experience with ERP systems (SENIOR, SAP, TOTVS, or similar).
* Advanced knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
* Experience in corporate budgeting.
