Implement continuous improvements and ensure safety standards **Maintenance Coordinator** **Location:** Aripuanã **Company:** Bella Via Transportes The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on equipment, facilities, and systems, ensuring operational availability and reliability within the company's established safety, quality, and cost standards. **What you will do daily** * Coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance teams (as applicable to the company's segment); * Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans; ensure adherence to schedules and equipment availability; * Manage performance indicators (availability, costs, etc.); * Control the maintenance department budget and optimize resources; * Supervise service provider contracts and suppliers of parts and equipment; * Implement maintenance practices and continuous process improvements; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations; train and develop the technical team; * Support expansion, installation, and modernization projects for equipment and infrastructure. * **What’s important to have in your background** Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering or related fields; * Fleet maintenance management (light, heavy vehicles, or machinery); * Proficiency in maintenance types (preventive, corrective, and predictive) applied to diesel-powered motor vehicles; * Knowledge of managing in-house or outsourced workshops; * Ability to analyze operational costs, fuel consumption, tires, and parts; * Experience with fleet and maintenance control systems (e.g., Controll Frotas, SASCAR, TOTVS, or similar); * Ability to develop and monitor maintenance schedules and fleet availability control; * Knowledge of maintenance planning and management (TPM, RCM, Lean, etc.); * Familiarity with safety regulations (NRs: NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, etc.); * Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams; * Microsoft Office suite and management software; **Salary:** To be discussed (PJ) Caju R$1\.200,00 per month (meals, mobility, culture, and education); Health insurance with no monthly fee and 40% co-payment when used; 30-day vacation after each year of contract; 13th salary invoice at year-end; Annual contract adjustment based on IPCA; Business hours\- Monday to Friday **Send your resume to email:** people@autonomoz.com.br Job type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Selection question(s): * Experience managing in-house or outsourced workshops? * Experience with fleet maintenance management (light, heavy vehicles, or machinery)? * What is your PJ salary expectation? * This position is for Aripuanã/MT — are you interested?
