Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, controlling, and coordinating the machinery and implements yard, ensuring equipment organization, movement, availability, and leading the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Management and organization of the machinery and implements yard 2. Coordination of internal and external equipment movement 3. Leadership and guidance of the operational team Maintain the yard clean, organized, properly signposted, and with a defined layout. Ensure correct identification of machinery and implements (tags, labels, status). Organize machinery positioning to facilitate entry, exit, and display. Monitor the receipt of machinery and implements. Verify documentation, physical condition, and quantities. Direct storage according to established standards. Coordinate internal and external movement of machinery and implements. Support loading and unloading onto trailers. Assist in preparing machinery for delivery or demonstration. Ensure availability and organization of machinery scheduled for dispatch. Interface with the Sales and Logistics departments for delivery scheduling. Maintain up-to-date control of available, under repair, demonstration, and sold machinery. Track machinery location across all company areas. Conduct periodic physical inventories. Assign tasks among assistants, operators, and helpers. Monitor productivity and guide best work practices. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Support Logistics with operational yard information. Interact with the Workshop for machinery entry and withdrawal for maintenance. Support Sales regarding machinery availability and location.
