Join our Team!** We look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and duties** * Operational control of AVI lanes and extra-wide lanes; * Processing vehicle passages; * Manually correcting lane issues when necessary; * Handling passages returned as rejected; * Resolving disputes; * Monitoring POS usage at toll plazas; * Managing exempted passages; * Performing corrections forwarded by toll plazas and replying to e\-mails; * Correcting all transactions by D\+1 to meet consolidation requirements for revenue collection; * Opening technical support tickets. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education (**Mandatory**); * Knowledge of and proficiency in using computer resources (**Mandatory**). **Additional information** * Meal/Voucher allowance (iFood Benefícios); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Health insurance plan (Unimed Estadual); * Free psychological support platform (Starbem); * Corporate University (Construa); * Life insurance.
