Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance. #### **Job Description** Implement, review, and monitor corrective, preventive, predictive, and sensory maintenance plans for electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines, ensuring alignment with Reliability and Specialist team strategies. Perform planning, scheduling, and control of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/Gatec), ensuring information traceability, accurate data entry, and record reliability. Coordinate planning meetings, monitor work order execution, track deadlines, costs, resources, and backlog, proposing adjustments and corrective actions as needed to meet established targets. Analyze maintenance performance indicators, correlating results with operational goals and proposing structural improvements to enhance asset reliability, availability, and productivity. Interface with internal departments, suppliers, and third-party contractors to align activities, fulfill contractual obligations, meet deadlines, and comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure maintenance processes comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements. Support the planning of scheduled shutdowns and major interventions, ensuring proper resource allocation, risk management, personnel safety, and adherence to schedules. #### **Requirements** * #### **Education** Completed Technical High School \- Preferred: Technical Course in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial fields, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, or related fields). * #### **Experience** 2 years \- Desired Technical Knowledge, Practical Experience, and Competencies: Industrial maintenance planning and control; execution and monitoring of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis techniques; maintenance plan and backlog control; development and monitoring of maintenance KPIs; use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/Gatec); focus on safety, operational reliability, continuous improvement, and compliance with technical standards. **Identification** 4981 **Number of Positions** 1 Position **Location** CAMPO NOVO DO PARECIS **Contract Type** Permanent **Publication Period** 5 Days
