If you enjoy processes, document organization, and seek growth in the administrative/HR field, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * **Work Schedule Control:** Assist in verifying time cards, monitoring overtime hours, time banks, and justifications for absences/tardiness. * **Document Management:** Organize and archive physical and digital documents (employee records, contracts, agreements, and certificates). * **Internal Support:** Provide support to employees by answering basic questions regarding time sheets and document submission. * **Spreadsheet Updates:** Maintain updated departmental indicators for reporting to management. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Basic/intermediate knowledge of the **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially Excel for spreadsheet control). * Resilient, discreet profile (data confidentiality is essential) and strong written communication skills.
