**Who are we?** AMAGGI's first unit, Sementes Maggi, was inaugurated in 1977 in São Miguel do Iguaçu, Paraná. Additionally, since 1997, it has contributed to local and human development in the communities where it operates, positioning itself as a partner in the sustainable development of these regions through the André and Lucia Maggi Foundation. **Responsibilities:** * Draft and/or analyze legal opinions and commercial contracts related to commodity and agricultural input purchase and sale negotiations, especially Rural Product Notes (Cédula de Produto Rural), Addenda, Commodity and Input Purchase and Sale Agreements, among others, as well as ancillary and/or related documents such as Real Estate Registry Records (Matrículas de Imóveis), Letters of Consent (Cartas de Anuência), Agricultural Pledge Certificates (Certidões de Penhor Agrícola) and/or Commodity Fiduciary Assignments (Alienação Fiduciária de Commodities); thus, based on analysis of agreements concluded between the parties, identify the company’s needs and seek appropriate legal grounds to support favorable terms. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Specific knowledge and qualification in Civil Law, Contracts and/or Obligations, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, and Agribusiness, as required by the specific operational area. **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Apoio Pass * WellHub * Profit or Results Sharing Program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Daycare assistance * Extended maternity/paternity leave * Knowledge Kit * Telemedicine platform * AMAGGI University
