Food quality and safety assurance Storage Operator **Date:** March 9, 2026 **Location:** Brasnorte, MT, BR, 78350\-000 **Company:** Bunge **City:** BRASNORTE**State:** Mato Grosso (BR\-MT)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 44137 * Perform grain classification by collecting samples from trucks and entering this classification information into the system to generate specific reports, in accordance with internal procedures. * Conduct moisture, impurity, and other analyses, entering classification results via the LABS system and manual internal controls. * Store soybean samples and promptly notify the immediate supervisor of any samples that fall outside the company’s predefined standards. * Monitor loading and unloading operations, verifying process progress and making adjustments as needed to meet established planning targets. * Operate low-to-medium complexity unloading and storage equipment. * Carry out receiving, cleaning, moisture analysis, cooling, drying, and storage activities using appropriate equipment per operational requirements, following procedures for each step to ensure products meet specified standards. * Monitor product dispatch to internal facilities or ports, verifying quality until dispatch and upon arrival at the destination. * Clean work areas, machines, and equipment, maintaining an organized, hygienic, and clean workspace. * Support and monitor maintenance activities in the area, verifying required services and compliance with safety requirements. * Inspect grain transport vehicles to verify proper storage conditions for the type of product, ensuring products are free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), in compliance with established norms and procedures. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures through participation in seminars and training sessions, proper use of PPEs, and safe handling of machinery and equipment, among others. * Adhere to Environmental and Quality norms and procedures, respecting and following established standards and/or technical regulations. * Fulfill responsibilities within the food quality and safety management system, meeting requirements, attending training sessions, reporting observed issues, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Transportation and Storage practices, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the food quality and safety policy, as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate in Food Safety Team (FST) meetings, HACCP study reviews, training sessions, and other defined responsibilities, and encourage and support all colleagues in implementing food safety practices, if the employee is a member of the Food Safety Team (FST). * Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Preventive Process Controls (PPROs) as planned; immediately notify leadership and ensure prompt corrective action in case of deviations, if assigned such responsibility. * Follow defined protocols and maintain independence during the process—do not report to your immediate supervisor—if responsible for collecting products for GMP\+ scope analyses. * Utilize real-time online quality parameter measurement data, and for inspection points where such data is unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analyses, enabling obtained results to support process control and improvement, as well as product quality. **Requirements:** Completed High School Education **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance * + Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria OR meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution) * Life Insurance * + Transportation Allowance (Transportation voucher OR parking OR shuttle service) * Pharmacy Benefits * Daycare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program (Based on achievement of goals and results) * “Count on Us” Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location. **Work Location:** Brasnorte/MT **Work Model:** On-site At Bunge, our mission is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, animal nutrition ingredients, and fuel to the world.
