Genuine opportunity for professional development **JOB POSTING | Marketing Analyst (Performance, Content, and Sales Funnel)** We are looking for a **creative, analytical, and results-oriented professional** who combines **strategic content + performance**, directly contributing to **lead conversion** and monitoring **campaign results**, especially on **Meta**. **Main Responsibilities** * **Record, script, and edit videos** for digital campaigns * Create and edit **images and videos** for social media and advertisements * Directly manage the **sales funnel**, from lead attraction to conversion * **Monitor and analyze campaign performance on Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads)** * Study **lead profiles** (source, behavior, quality, and conversion rate) * Track performance metrics and KPIs (leads, CPL, conversion, ROI) * Create and optimize **ad copies**, landing pages, and content * Propose improvements based on data and continuous testing * Collaborate closely with sales and commercial teams **What We’re Looking For** * Experience with **CapCut and Adobe tools** (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop or similar) * Experience in **copywriting and video scripting** * Experience in **recording and editing videos** * Knowledge of **Meta Ads** and campaign analytics * Understanding of **sales funnels and lead conversion** * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with paid traffic * Experience with CRM and marketing automation * Experience with **A/B testing** * Knowledge of metrics such as **CPL, CAC, ROI, and conversion rate** **What We Offer** * Collaborative, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment * Autonomy to create, test, and optimize * Genuine opportunity for professional development Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
