Maintain constant alignment with managers and clients Vin Service is looking for a strategic, dynamic, and communicative Recruitment and Selection Analyst to join our Human Resources team. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct high-volume recruitment processes for operational positions in the facilities, cleaning, security, front desk, and maintenance segments; * Map job openings together with managers, understanding the ideal profile for each role; * Use various recruitment channels (websites, social media, partnerships, and talent databases) to ensure accuracy in candidate attraction; * Maintain constant alignment with managers and clients, ensuring quality, agility, and adherence to the requested profile; * **Support procurement tasks, including control and ordering of uniforms and operational materials**; * Support candidate reception, external selection processes, client visits, and HR operational administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in facilities management or outsourcing companies; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to manage deadlines and simultaneous tasks; * Analytical, organized profile with a results-oriented focus; * Intermediate proficiency in digital tools and recruitment platforms (InfoJobs, Pandapé, LinkedIn, among others).
