Execute software, hardware, and network configuration and installation. Work on structured cabling infrastructure. Manage LAN, WAN, and Wi\-Fi networks. Administer Fortinet firewall, Active Directory (AD), Hyper\-V, and Windows Server. Provide user support and resolve internal requests. Previous experience as a Systems Support Analyst, Help Desk Analyst, User Support Analyst, or IT Technical Support Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Completed technical education required.
