Opportunity to guide new employees Maintain equipment in perfect operating condition by providing priority service, technical maintenance, general cleaning, coordinating with third parties to resolve issues beyond our scope, conducting frequent safety device tests and inspections, preserving visual appearance, point lighting, implementation, and administrative tasks—all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform operational servicing of ATMs to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and spare parts (excluding safe components); install applications; inspect ATMs to verify they are in perfect condition; coordinate with vendors for technical repairs; configure software; maintain up-to-date visual communication at the site * Conduct ATM safety inspections, including periodic testing and repair of security assets, in accordance with current standards and procedures * Perform cleaning and conservation procedures for ATMs; check air conditioning functionality; coordinate with third parties for routine maintenance; replace components (doors and accessories, locks, masks, lamps, intercoms, fans, etc.); inspect electrical and logical infrastructure at sites; supervise service providers during site maintenance; standardize security devices * Provide technical guidance to new employees, sharing acquired knowledge as well as company-mandated norms and practices, aiming to fully equip new staff for effective job performance **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Preferred:** Field technical maintenance experience * Education: Completed technical course in electrotechnology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, or related fields * Knowledge of microcomputing (hardware and software) * Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to drive * CFT * Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotating 5x2 schedule) * Knowledge of test instruments, incident management systems, computer networks * Competencies: Promptness, autonomy, initiative, resilience, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: B Personal Vehicle Willingness to Travel
