We are seeking professionals to work as sales representatives at Claro authorized stores, offering comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers with outstanding service and results-oriented focus. What will your responsibilities be? • Provide in-person customer service at stores with excellence, agility, and friendliness; • Identify each customer’s consumption profile and recommend appropriate Claro products and services; • Perform administrative and fiscal routines related to sales and transactions (payments, documentation, etc). Prerequisites: High school diploma completed; Sales experience in retail, telecommunications, or similar fields is desirable; Customer service experience is considered a differentiator; Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and enthusiasm for sales; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
