Currently, we have over 800 stores across Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina, and we continue expanding! If you enjoy driving, are punctual, and seek a dynamic routine, this is your chance to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safely and punctually deliver and retrieve equipment; * Load and unload equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage; * Support customers and guide them in equipment usage; * Check basic equipment conditions upon delivery and retrieval; * Maintain vehicle condition and report any maintenance needs; * Follow planned routes and schedules as set by the logistics team; * Assist with store operational activities when required; * Report equipment damages identified to the sales team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Valid and regular Category B driver’s license (CNH); * Experience as a driver, preferably involving deliveries and/or light transportation; * Good communication skills, courtesy, and responsibility; * Availability to work during business hours, including Saturdays; * Familiarity with the operating region/locality is desirable; * Willingness to load and unload equipment. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 1\.899,00 (Starting) * Benefits: PAT R$ 300,00 (Meal/Food allowance) * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance R$ 120,00 (for candidates who own their vehicles and do not use public transportation) * Punctuality\+Attendance Bonus R$ 150,00 / Union Attendance Bonus R$ 55,00 / Performance Bonus / Life Insurance At Casa do Construtor, we believe that to build an outstanding company, we need outstanding people!
