**Job Description**

* Process service provider invoices for payment.
* Generate meal control reports.
* Enter Facilities service information into the Intranet.
* Guide fleet vehicle drivers on fueling procedures, title transfer, and other related processes; conduct Fleet and Charter Vehicle Checklists.
* Store materials in the inactive archive and warehouse, maintaining organizational standards at the site.
* Support inbound and outbound cell processes and operate the truck scale.
* Process delivery confirmation stubs (cancellation) and respond to 0800 net calls for stub digitization.
* Attach blind spreadsheets to invoices—a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company—and list invoices while generating reports on invoices integrated into the SAP system.
* Collect signatures from responsible parties/approvers for fiscal document entries and archiving.
* Issue Pre-Tickets (authorize truck entry to the facility).
* Update and cancel pallet term records (TMP) in the Term Control system.
* Occasionally perform loading/unloading operations for vehicles arriving or departing, while complying with SST and Quality standards.
**Academic Qualifications**
