Job Summary: Perform electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance activities, program and execute process controls, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in mechanical assembly and installation Perform electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance activities for the NEXA\-MT contract operation to keep them in perfect working condition. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Program and execute activities involving process control, electrical projects, industrial electronics, programmable logic controllers, and electrical machinery operations. * Prepare purchase requisitions for the procurement department to acquire parts, tools, and materials required to perform assigned tasks. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment according to the established schedule. * Calibrate measuring instruments such as pH meters, etc. * Clean filters, clear pipe obstructions, and lubricate equipment. * Assemble machines and equipment, interpret manuals and drawings, and conduct operational testing. * Participate in mechanical assembly or installation of new machines and equipment, collaborating with supplier or manufacturer teams or under supervision from superiors. * Inspect equipment to determine maintenance type, collect maintenance control data, and request replacement parts and materials. * Identify faults in machines and systems. * Replace parts and components, perform emergency ad-hoc adjustments, and restore machines and equipment to productive operating conditions. * Perform electrical maintenance repairs on sensors, panels, and electrical wiring (preventive, corrective, and predictive). **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma completed Technical course in Electromechanics NR10 certification 1 year of experience **Additional Information** * Administrative working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * On-site meals * Salary negotiable * Hazard pay allowance * Medical assistance (UNIMED) * Dental assistance * Provided shuttle bus ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
