Opportunities in R&D and Production ###### **Cuiabá, MT****The company accepts applications from candidates in any city across Brazil** ###### **Junior/** **Trainee** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- **Responsibilities:** Carry out activities outlined in the Trainee Development Plan, which includes: * Industrial area routines related to planning, organization, maintenance, quality control, strategies for bioinput production, nematode analysis, and plant disease diagnosis—aiming to achieve targeted objectives within deadlines, quality standards, safety, and cost constraints. * Ensuring the trainee comprehends the entire biological product process: fermentation, bioreactor operation, filling, cold chamber handling, and supporting Biofactory setup. **Required Qualifications:** * Students pursuing or recently graduated (within the last 3 years) in Bioprocess Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biology, or Agronomy, with a master’s degree in Microbiology and/or Phytopathology; all coursework must be completed by July 2026; * Knowledge of bioinputs (fungi and bacteria) is a plus; * Prior internship and/or laboratory project experience is a plus; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Willingness to reside in Cuiabá/MT. **Trainee Program Information:** 1 vacancy in R&D 1 vacancy in Production * Work location: Cuiabá/MT * Program duration: 12 months. * Expected start date: August 2026\. **The program also includes:** * Practical experience; * Mentoring; * Assessment; * Feedback; * Development plan. **\*Our opportunities are open to all professionals, without distinction of race, color, gender, age, belief, or disability (PCD)\*** **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education Level** Undergraduate degree (in progress) **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Profit-sharing or results-based bonus Private pension plan Life insurance Meal allowance
