Job Summary: The professional will provide technology and IT infrastructure support, perform maintenance, and participate in projects. Key Highlights: 1. The company is accelerating its growth to build an excellent agricultural supply chain anchored in China and competitive on a global scale. **Responsibilities:** Provide support to employees regarding their needs in using IT and IT infrastructure resources; Provide support for Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems (support, install, configure, operate services and features with Modern Workplace, Autopilot); Provide support for general-purpose applications and Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint); Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure equipment, computers, or software—including updates, performance improvements, preservation, and maintaining them in optimal working condition; Identify network architectures, physical media, devices, and communication standards, recognizing their implications within the network environment; Execute and provide support for requests related to servers, storage systems, backup units, switches, computers, printers, network peripherals, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), network links, telephony, and automation interfaces—monitoring and verifying all IT equipment; Actively participate in local, regional, corporate, or global projects, supporting as either an executor or technical consultant—ensuring excellence in activity delivery alongside the IT project team, including infrastructure tasks, preparation of descriptive documentation, participation in status meetings, evaluation of third-party technical solutions, among others; Conduct IT equipment inventory and maintain up-to-date system records for all equipment to meet audit requirements and ensure asset security; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Relevant work experience in this field or similar positions; Knowledge of IT infrastructure; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel; Knowledge of ITIL; ITIL Foundation certification preferred; Familiarity with the ITSM tool ServiceNow preferred; Residency in Sorriso/MT required; COFCO International is an equal opportunity employer.
