We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for analysing and optimising the performance of mobile dating applications. Requirements: * 6\+ years of experience in data analysis * 2\+ years of experience in the Dating mobile apps market * Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib). * Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests. * Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data. Responsibilities: * Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and goals. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies. * Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives. * Developing and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders.
