Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Conduct operational tracking of cotton receipt from producers; * Coordinate scheduling and monitoring of visual classifications; * Validate batches and ensure compliance with established information and standards; * Execute and monitor HVI analyses; * Register, update, and control batches in corporate systems; * Manage controls related to the BCI program (Mass and Physical Balance); * Resolve daily operational challenges—from receipt discrepancies to systemic adjustments and operational handling; * Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure operational fluidity and process excellence; * Support the development and monitoring of operational KPIs and management reports. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. * Intermediate-level English proficiency; * Advanced Excel skills, with experience in analysis, controls, and KPI development; * Basic knowledge of Power BI; * Familiarity with agribusiness operational routines and the cotton supply chain is desirable. **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
