Job Summary: Responsible for providing support in financial routines, executing daily payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and working directly with the accounting department. Key Highlights: 1. Support in financial routines and control of payments and receipts. 2. Collaboration with accounting to resolve tax-related issues. 3. Deadline and posting control to optimize processes. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for supporting the financial routines carried out by the department, executing daily payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and working directly with the accounting department to resolve issues related to invoices, taxes, debits and credits, received and sent TEDs (Electronic Fund Transfers), redemption of investments, and servicing cooperatives, while controlling deadlines and postings to assist in optimizing departmental processes. * Verify invoices, contracts, and supporting documents. * Validate suppliers’ bank and tax information. * Perform financial and accounting entries in the system. * Schedule and execute payments according to the financial calendar. * Monitor due dates and flag potential delays. * Support and manage advances. * Perform financial write-offs. * Execute reconciliations of receipts. * Track pending items and support collections when applicable. * Identify inconsistencies and report them to the Analyst. **Requirements:** **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree **Mandatory Requirements:** Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of the financial sector in cooperatives. Familiarity with cooperative legislation and regulations. Knowledge of banking clearing systems.
