




Job Summary: The professional will perform vehicle maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety through proactive service delivery and qualified execution of tasks, thereby contributing to the productivity of the technical assistance department. Focus on customer satisfaction, proactivity, and problem resolution Perform vehicle maintenance services within established deadlines for delivery, workplace safety, and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety, thus contributing to the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform work and all process development in pairs. * Receive and advise customers regarding the operating conditions of vehicle components and systems, preventive maintenance, and services performed. * Assemble, inspect, and deliver motorcycle accessories in compliance with the manufacturer's manual. * Clean motorcycles as specified in the service order (OS) and according to procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership.
