Customer and results orientation **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead the team and departmental processes, focusing on customers and results, aligned with company policies and values; * Oversee department operations (organization, restocking, cleaning, pricing, and shelf-life control), ensure compliance with departmental procedures, complete checklists, and implement necessary preventive and corrective actions; * Lead the team using the company's people management model and with management approval: handle staffing requests and terminations, conduct interviews, hold meetings and training sessions, request position and salary adjustments, perform performance evaluations, manage working hours, and apply disciplinary measures; * Manage departmental inventory and losses, implementing required controls per established procedures; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations, providing necessary guidance and follow-up; * Maintain the department’s physical infrastructure: arrange purchases, maintenance, and repairs as approved by management; * Ensure customer service standards are met, providing the team with necessary guidance per company service standards; * Assist with other department/store activities as needed and per leader instructions. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress (Administration, Management, or Production Engineering); * Knowledge and experience in management or the refrigerated department; * Leadership skills; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD).** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Free lunch at work, Health Insurance Plan, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
