Coordination of industrial assembly and maintenance, planning of shutdowns **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR** We are seeking a professional to coordinate industrial maintenance in a mining environment. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields * Solid experience in heavy industrial maintenance in mining * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Experience with mineral processing plants * Experience in team management * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (familiarity with Minerion SGA system is desirable) **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Coordinate industrial assembly and maintenance activities * Plan and supervise structural welding services, component refurbishment, and reinforcements on heavy equipment * Ensure technical quality of welding processes and compliance with specifications * Monitor maintenance performance indicators * Plan scheduled shutdowns and emergency interventions * Control consumption of consumables (electrodes, wires, gases, and sheet metal) * Collaborate with PCM and mineral processing departments to prioritize demands * Develop structural improvements to extend equipment service life **Benefits:** * Company-provided transportation * Company-provided meals * Overtime pay * Meal allowance – R$ 750.00 * Life insurance * Health insurance * Accommodation
