Job Summary: Assist in preparation and maintenance of agricultural trials, including planting, weeding, mowing, plant counting, harvesting, and application of inputs. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork and agricultural experimentation. 2. Maintenance of tools and equipment. 3. Phytosanitary assessments and management. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Assist in trial preparation and planting activities. Maintain trials by performing weeding, mowing, plant counting, and alley alignment. Labeling and harvesting of plots. Transport of materials and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the product development area. Assemble structures and equipment required for experiments or specific tasks. Assist in fertilizer application. Maintain field-used tools and equipment. Prepare land for planting, input application, or data collection. Apply products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.). Conduct phytosanitary management and harvesting, as well as backpack pesticide applications. Assist in plant selection and sample collection.
