Analytical, organized, and ethical profile AMPARO HIRING | INCIDENT/CLAIMS ADJUDICATOR AMPARO is seeking an Incident/Claims Adjudicator to perform technical analysis of incidents, ensuring accurate fact-finding, coverage validation, and process quality control, always in compliance with the association's internal regulations. Work Schedule Monday to Friday Benefits * Meal/Voucher allowance of BRL 25.00 per business day * Transportation Benefit (AMTU Card) or Fuel Allowance of BRL 150.00 * Health Insurance (Unimed or Bradesco) * Dental Insurance * Gym Assistance * Referral Bonus * Day Off * Pharmacy Partnership * Monthly Basic Food Basket Main Responsibilities * Analyze and adjudicate incidents/claims and repair estimates; * Review expert reports, photos, police reports, and other documents; * Validate coverage according to the association's regulations; * Identify inconsistencies and potential fraud indicators; * Issue technical opinions for approval, denial, or additional information requests regarding incidents; * Provide support to repair shops, service providers, and other involved departments; * Update systems and ensure adherence to operational deadlines. Requirements * Completed High School education; * Knowledge of automotive mechanics, bodywork, and estimate interpretation; * Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite; * Analytical, organized, ethical, and detail-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in claims adjudication; * Experience working with vehicle protection associations, insurance companies, or regulatory entities; * Knowledge of automotive appraisal and fraud prevention.
