Financial Services Analyst II – Cash and Banking
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Cash and Banking (Treasury) team within the Shared Services Center (SSC). The Financial Analyst supports treasury activities, contributing to cash flow control, payment execution, bank reconciliations, and relationships with financial institutions. **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor daily cash flow and assist in preparing financial forecasts.
* Execute payment routines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with internal policies.
* Perform bank reconciliations and support analysis of discrepancies.
* Assist in preparing financial reports on payments, bank balances, and cash movements.
* Maintain contact with banks to monitor financial operations and resolve operational issues.
* Use the SAP system (Finance module) for postings and inquiries, ensuring data accuracy.
* Participate in initiatives to improve financial processes, contributing suggestions and testing new tools.
* Actively participate in controlling operations and ensuring compliance, supporting explanations and documentation for internal and external audits.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Proven experience in treasury, accounts payable, or similar finance areas;
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the SAP system (Finance module);
* Knowledge of tax regulations applicable to finance functions;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
