At CHS, we are building connections to strengthen agriculture. **Position Purpose:** The candidate will be responsible for managing a customer portfolio, ensuring grain payment processes, fertilizer and barter supplier payment scheduling, and compliance with internal procedures and CHS policies. Responsibilities include detailed contract delivery analysis, ensuring pledge release, tax coverage, signed documents, and volume write-offs at Monsanto. In addition, the role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and management strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Release contracts for shipment initiation, verifying price and GMO-related information; * Manage payable contracts in full synergy with the commercial area to confirm actual cash outflow within the following 72 hours; * Schedule payments and advances (to customers or assignees) via the w\-sys system for grain receipt contracts and/or financing contracts, always verifying that all required internal documentation and applicable tax withholdings (Funrural, Senar, Rat, Monsanto, etc.) are in place; * Adjust hedge positions, aligning CBOT, COSTS, PREMIUM, and EXCHANGE RATE parameters according to negotiated terms; * Conduct daily analysis of contract positions, tracking new purchases, receivables balance, to-be-fixed and payables to ensure alignment between position status and execution; * Analyze and request supplementary and return invoices with support from the w\-sys system, reporting weekly via Excel dashboard on the number of invoices received and pending; * Perform account reconciliation (Netting) between payments and invoices; * Analyze and execute customer amortization under financing contracts, comparing respective deliveries and hedges versus paid advances and due interest charges; * Analyze Pledge Certificates; * Analyze data and KPIs; * Monitor Monsanto write-offs; * Schedule payments to fertilizer and barter input suppliers **What We Expect From You:** * Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, IT, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and preferably automation); * Prior experience or knowledge of grain payments is desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable; * Experience in the agribusiness sector. **What We Offer:** * Medical/Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Benefit; * Gympass; * Private Pension Plan; * Annual Bonus; * Birthday Day Off.
