Opportunity for professionals with last-mile experience **Responsibilities:** * Assist in analyzing and developing performance indicators for the area; * Monitor vehicle check\-lists for company-owned and third-party fleets; * Identify and manage fleet traffic violations; * Assist in monitoring and ensuring corrective and preventive fleet maintenance is performed; * Analyze average fleet vehicle metrics; * Monitor cargo dispatch and loading; * Vehicle control and scheduling; **Requirements:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: intermediate Excel; * Prior experience in the market segment is desirable; * Experience with last\-mile operations; * Route planning knowledge is desirable; * Experience with data registration; * Flexible working hours availability Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
