With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation sector and, today, have expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse solutions through the six companies comprising our Group—positioning us among the best and largest logistics groups in the country and a reference in the industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work on-site at the partner's facility, performing end-to-end monitoring of cargo flow—from receipt through final dispatch; * Support interconnection of goods, ensuring distribution occurs as planned and within established deadlines; * Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or pending issues that could hinder delivery flow, guaranteeing operational agility; * Ensure fiscal clearance of cargo and perform accurate registration and maintenance of data in internal systems; * Monitor unit performance indicators (KPIs), reporting deviations and suggesting improvements; * Monitor indemnification processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling; * Act as a facilitator for the partner’s operations, ensuring service excellence and proactive resolution of operational demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in the transportation field is desirable. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Gympass; * PRR.
