Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and flexible professional to provide driver support and assistance, monitor deliveries, and liaise with related departments to drive continuous improvement. If you are proactive, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous improvement, **join us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for general driver support and assistance via the 0800 communication channel; * Providing guidance and follow-up with Distribution Centers (DCs) and carriers; * Monitoring deliveries nationwide; * Publishing delivery schedules for all DCs; * Liaising with relevant departments regarding delivery-related issues; * Preparing and developing various spreadsheets; * Producing various managerial reports. Communication and reporting via the delivery tracking system.
