To learn more, visit: https://sistemab.org/br/ **Requirements**: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN) * AB certification **Professional Experience:** * Prior experience in home-based care (Home Care) * Experience in ICU, medical clinics, or emergency departments (preferred) * Experience caring for patients with medium-to-high complexity **Key Responsibilities:** * Providing care to adult and pediatric patients—including chronic, neurological, palliative, and bed-bound patients. * Managing invasive devices (GTT, SNE/SNG, SVD, TQT, home oxygen therapy). * Performing complex wound dressings and preventing/treating pressure injuries. * Administering medications via oral (VO), intravenous (EV), intramuscular (IM), and subcutaneous (SC) routes. * Conducting clinical monitoring and early identification of decompensation signs. * Planning and implementing the Nursing Care System (SAE). * Supervising and providing technical guidance to nursing staff. * Preparing technical reports for health insurance providers. * Educating and training family members and caregivers. * Educating and training nursing technicians.
