Promote continuous improvement and a positive organizational climate. **Tasks and Responsibilities.** Supervise customer service; Monitor and track team development; Track lead acquisition and qualification; Monitor daily, biweekly, and monthly enrollment closures; Prepare closure reports; Provide feedback; Propose improvements; Maintain team organization; Promote incentive campaigns; Promote team integration campaigns/activities to support organizational climate; Monitor and enforce adherence to working hours and breaks; Conduct periodic alignment meetings with the team.
