Implementation of innovative technologies (drones, 3D modeling) JOB SUMMARY: Manage personnel and gold mineral exploration activities. Responsibilities include strategic exploration planning, coordination of technical teams, project management, geological risk assessment, and implementation of innovative technologies. Additionally, the professional must possess knowledge of structural exploration, mineralogy, and software, analyze and prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and execute mineral exploration programs, defining objectives and methodologies. * Coordinate teams of geologists and field technicians, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. * Coordinate drilling and sampling projects from conception through completion. * Assess geological risks and mitigate potential issues by proposing appropriate technical solutions. * Implement innovative technologies, drones, and 3D modeling to optimize exploration processes. * Communicate\-effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including communities and regulatory agencies. * Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations on exploration progress and results. * Ensure compliance with ANM, IBAMA, and other safety and environmental regulations. * Supervise collection and analysis of geophysical and geochemical data. * Optimize exploration project costs and timelines to achieve maximum efficiency. * Develop and monitor exploration project budgets. * Perform geological interpretation of field and laboratory data. * Participate in the selection and training of new exploration team members. * Stay current with best practices and innovations in exploration geology. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Geology or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in mineral exploration. * Experience in leading greenfield projects is desirable. * In-depth knowledge of geological modeling software (e.g., Surpac, Leapfrog). * Proficiency in GIS and spatial analysis tools. * Proven experience with diamond drilling and sampling. * MBA in Project Management or related fields is desirable. * Solid knowledge of Brazilian mining regulatory standards.
