The professional will be responsible for supporting the department's administrative routines, ensuring smooth daily operations of the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Telephone and in-person customer service; * Document organization and archiving; * Data entry into spreadsheets and internal systems; * Support in managing accounts payable and receivable; * Preparing simple reports and completing forms; * Other administrative tasks as required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment in Administration or related fields is desirable); * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Prior experience in this role is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ability to interact effectively with the public and work well in a team.
