Practical development and teamwork in caring for people In the Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to work in the **Equilíbrio Program**, directly contributing to promoting the health and quality of life of employees and their families. As a Physical Education intern, you will participate in implementing strategic well-being initiatives—including physical activities, workplace gymnastics, and sports events—in an environment that values practical development, teamwork, and innovation in people-centered care. **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the delivery of workplace gymnastics sessions, following technical protocols and program guidelines; * Assist in monitoring employees during physical and sports activities, ensuring safety, basic guidance, and operational support; * Participate in organizing and executing sports events and health and well-being promotion initiatives; * Support logistics and setup for events and activities, including arranging spaces, kits, materials, and equipment; * Update control spreadsheets, attendance lists, and activity performance indicators; * Collaborate in preparing and organizing internal documents, forms, and records for the Equilíbrio Program; * Maintain program-used spaces in order, ensuring proper conservation of materials and appropriate infrastructure; * Assist in managing sports materials such as mats, cones, balls, and workplace gymnastics kits; * Conduct photographic documentation and monitor employee participation in activities, sports events, and initiatives; * Provide general support to the Physical Education Supervisor, assisting with daily operational demands; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Enrolled in a Physical Education degree program (from the 3rd semester onward); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Interest in working with health, well-being, and physical activity programs; * Availability for a 6-hour daily work schedule; * **Reside in Almas-TO, Porto Alegre-TO, or Dianópolis-TO;** Minimum Educational Requirement: Undergraduate Degree Desired Education: * Physical Education, Undergraduate Degree * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Dental Care * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Charter Transportation
