Monitor third-party companies and manage costs **Description:** **Education:** Completed Bachelor's Degree **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint) **Responsibilities:** Support the store manager in evaluating accounts Identify potential waste and/or excesses and implement actions to improve performance indicators Monitor and follow up on third-party companies' work to ensure high-quality service delivery Review and jointly sign, with the store manager, service invoices, supplies invoices, and expense documents, and direct related procedures Coordinate with department heads regarding purchase requests and supply requisitions for respective areas Jointly monitor customer complaints recorded at the Customer Service Center with management Experience in managing third-party service providers, service contracts, cost and budget management, expense reports (DRE – Statement of Income), performance indicators, preparation of results presentations, and procurement. 2512010202191779401
