Job Summary: Human Resources internship to support recruitment processes, training programs, onboarding, and DHO projects in a collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the planning and execution of DHO projects In the Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to develop skills hands-on, broaden your knowledge, and experience the day-to-day work in the **Human Resources** area within a collaborative, dynamic, and learning-oriented environment. **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support recruitment process stages, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, and interview assistance; * Support logistical organization of in-person and online training sessions, managing invitations, attendance lists, certificates, and feedback collection; * Support the onboarding and integration process for new employees; * Update and maintain departmental records, including spreadsheets, metrics, and R\&S and T\&D reports; * Contribute to internal campaigns and initiatives focused on organizational climate, employee engagement, and culture; * Participate in the planning and execution of projects related to DHO \- Organizational Human Development. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (from the 6th semester onward); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Interest in working with people, recruitment, and organizational development; * Availability for a daily work schedule of 6 hours during daytime hours; * **Reside in Almas\-TO, Porto Alegre\-TO, or Dianópolis\-TO;** Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Desired Education: * Business Administration, Undergraduate Degree * Psychology, Undergraduate Degree * Life Insurance * Charter Transportation * Medical Assistance * Private Pension Plan * Dental Assistance * Meal Allowance
