This is an opportunity to develop skills and learn in a dynamic and motivating environment. **Working Hours:** 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM \| 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM \| 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** TO\-050, 408 \- St. Universitario, Palmas \- TO, 77060\-021, Brazil **Responsibilities:** * Guide students in correctly performing strength training exercises; * Design and update workout plans according to each student's goals and needs; * Monitor and correct students' posture during exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness; * Provide assistance and support to students in the strength training area; * Maintain organization and proper condition of equipment and training facilities; * Encourage physical activity, supporting student motivation and retention; * Follow academy service protocols and standards; * Assist in managing equipment usage flow and ensuring appropriate use in the strength training area. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Physical Education (Bachelor's); * Active registration with CREF; * Experience or knowledge in strength training and physical conditioning; * Strong communication skills and ease in public interaction; * Proactive, responsible, and organized personality; * Availability to work six days per week (6x1) **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * VIP access to all Gaviões network locations; * Telemedicine; * Performance bonus; * Christmas basket; * Year-end party; * Educational partnership; * SESC partnership; * Waiver of fee for working as a personal trainer at the facility.
