We currently have an opening for the position of **Scaffolding Assembly Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating metal structure assembly teams and work-at-height operations. ✅ **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, guide, and supervise assembly teams in the field; * Supervise assembly and disassembly services for metal structures; * Monitor work-at-height activities on power transmission towers, access points, scaffolding, and similar structures; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations; * Assign tasks, organize work fronts, and monitor productivity; * Provide technical support to operational teams; * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with applicable NR regulations. ✅ **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as an Assembly Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assembly Supervisor; * Mandatory experience with metal structures and work-at-height; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Availability for fieldwork and construction site assignments; * Leadership profile, with strong organizational skills, responsibility, and effective communication. ✅ **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with power transmission towers; * Experience on large-scale projects and multiple work fronts; * Technical training in related fields. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. **Location:** * Palmas – TO. **Benefits:** * The company offers an attractive benefits package, which will be presented during the selection process.
