If you thrive on challenges and want to make a difference in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment, grow with us and positively impact the future of healthcare in Brazil! **Main Responsibilities:** * Stay up-to-date on portfolio solutions and technologies, serving as a technical reference for clients and the team; * Support the manager in planning and organizing implementation activities; * Conduct structured meetings with clients, ensuring proper documentation and formalization; * Map client processes through interviews, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing adjustments to enable digitalization using our solutions; * Train clients through hands-on training, ensuring autonomy and confidence in using the solutions; * Configure solutions according to client-defined and approved processes and workflows; * Validate solutions throughout implementations, ensuring full functionality before going live; * Monitor configurations performed by clients themselves, ensuring compliance with expected outcomes; * Monitor system operations post-implementation, clarifying doubts and correcting deviations together with clients and other project stakeholders; * Comply with implementation methodology processes and guidelines. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields; * Experience implementing healthcare management and electronic health record systems in hospitals, health insurance providers, or other sectors—especially with the Salux system; * Solid knowledge of hospital workflows and operational dynamics within the healthcare sector; * Practical experience implementing Health Information Systems, including modules for Admissions, Clinical, Supply Chain, Billing (health plans, private payers, SUS), and/or Financial areas; * Comprehensive technical knowledge of interoperability, system integration, and relevant industry standards; * PL/SQL knowledge is considered a plus; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and strong interpersonal relationship capabilities; * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel frequently within and outside the state of Tocantins; * Residency in Palmas/TO or nearby areas. **Are you already a Salux employee?** This position is also available through the Internal Recruitment Program.
