The role focuses on selling the financial product personal loan, primarily through phone and in-person prospecting conducted internally at the branch. (100% IN-PERSON POSITION) JOB SCOPE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Salary: BRL 2,100.00 per month after the probationary period (90 days), increasing to BRL 3,212.00 + performance-based bonuses as a Customer Service Analyst (position and salary change occurs in the month following completion of the probationary period). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Benefits ° Meal Voucher (VR): BRL 29.35 per day (monthly deduction of BRL 7.00) ° Transportation Voucher (VT): 6% salary deduction, capped at actual usage amount.
