Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the laboratory team, controlling processes, interacting with customers, preparing instructions, and managing personnel, aiming for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of outsourced laboratory team and production control. 2. Customer interaction, critical analysis of orders, and preparation of instructions. 3. People management and contribution to training programs. **Job Responsibilities:** * Responsible for supervising the outsourced laboratory team; * Communicate established production targets to the team; * Control deadlines, quality, production, costs, and raw material inventory; * Maintain the daily production tracking spreadsheet; * Attend and participate in Health and Safety meetings with the client; * Perform critical analysis of analytical testing orders; * Contact and serve customers via email and periodic meetings; * Prepare and review work instructions, as necessary; * Select appropriate personnel according to the laboratory’s activity requirements through a selection process; * Conduct Performance Evaluations for subordinates within the department, following the methodology and frequency established by the company; * Contribute to the Needs Assessment system and implementation of the Annual Training Program approved by the Board; **Prerequisites:** * Availability to work throughout the national territory; * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields; * Prior professional experience in laboratories, chemical analyses, and equipment (minimum of 2 years preferred); * Prior experience in gold analysis laboratories will be considered an advantage; * Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B; * Advanced Microsoft Office package.
