Responsibilities and Duties * Assemble and pour reinforced concrete structures according to project specifications. * Prepare and monitor reinforcement bar (rebar) placement and formwork to ensure structural strength and safety. * Cut and bend rebar according to specified dimensions and standards. * Collaborate with the construction team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. * Maintain an organized and clean worksite, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. * Respond promptly to supervision requests and maintain effective communication with other site professionals. * Perform basic maintenance on equipment used and report requirements for more complex repairs. Requirements and Qualifications * Prior experience in this role * Knowledge of reinforced concrete structure assembly and reinforcement * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Familiarity with occupational safety standards * Teamwork capability * Good physical condition and willingness to work on-site * Proactivity and attention to detail 2512040202181846222
