A metalworking company is seeking a Production Supervisor in Caxias do Sul (Industrial District). **Responsibilities:** Supervise shift operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Lead and develop production teams on the shop floor. Monitor and analyze shift performance indicators. Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations. Manage productive flow organization and waste reduction. Monitor machine setup times and efficiency. Conduct DDS routines and reinforce safety culture. Manage absenteeism, discipline, and team performance. Coordinate between shifts and support areas. Propose and implement continuous improvements in production processes.
