Monitoring of Service Orders and sales processes Description: If you: * Have completed high school; * Hold a Brazilian National Driver's License, Category A; * Possess knowledge of automotive mechanics, especially motorcycles; * Have basic computer skills; * Are skilled at interacting with customers. Additional advantages if you: * Already have experience in motorcycle mechanical maintenance. * Have previously worked at vehicle dealerships. * Perform simple mechanical repairs and parts replacement on motorcycles by disassembling the engine and vehicle components, using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure proper vehicle operation. * Develop customer service and service sales approaches by consulting the customer's history in the system and conducting consultative interviews to maximize sales opportunities and deliver excellent service. * Monitor service sales processes by completing the vehicle intake checklist, issuing Service Orders (S.O.) via the system, verifying the vehicle owner's documents, and delivering customer satisfaction surveys for completion, ensuring accurate information flow within the department. * Track open Service Orders (S.O.s) by querying the corporate system to finalize the vehicle process. * Attend manufacturer-provided in-person and web-based training courses according to the schedule issued by the Human Resources Department to ensure certification and maintain the manufacturer-defined performance index. * Keep your Senior Management and Supervision informed about work progress under your responsibility, seeking solutions to encountered issues to enable effective management oversight. * Perform other tasks delegated by the area manager. * Respect the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and government entities, ensuring compliance with the Group's Code of Ethics. 2511210202471881971
