* Responsible for carrying out sample preparation steps according to the defined flowchart and through the laboratory's work instructions. * Perform sample preparation activities using drying, crushing, quartering, sieving, and pulverizing processes, complying with work instructions. * Carry out archiving and disposal of samples according to internal procedures. * Comply with and enforce the Code of Ethics, ensuring adherence to clauses regarding ethical duties and those common to employees. * Report matters related to their area of responsibility to immediate leadership, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities, and proposing solutions to support the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Perform activities in accordance with operational procedures and remain updated on area procedures and processes, aiming for continuous improvement. * Guide new employees in activities related to the area, supervising them and facilitating knowledge of equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, equipment, and materials to ensure good working conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects, as well as safeguard company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Participate in training sessions when summoned, dedicating effort to achieve desired work performance. * Perform related tasks as directed by immediate supervisor. **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma completed. * Must reside in Almas/TO. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shifts and weekends). * Previous experience in a laboratory or production area will be considered a differentiator.
