* Assist in detailing the daily production schedule for the Machining and Assembly areas; * Record production data and monitor achievement of daily targets; * Request materials from the Warehouse department and track deliveries to support production processes; * Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work\-in\-progress, and finished goods; * Generate, track, and record production orders; * Support the Specialist in reviewing the Master Production Schedule (MPS); * Generate data and information for analysis and KPI development; * Identify deviations, delays, or issues and propose corrective actions; * Interface with Procurement, Materials, Maintenance, and Production Supervision departments; * **Qualifications and Required Skills:** * Technical or university degree related to Production (Engineering, Administration, or similar) — preferred; * Intermediate/Advanced **Excel**: essential for data handling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and schedule development; * **ERP Knowledge**: Familiarity with manufacturing modules (SAP, Totvs, or similar) for issuing Production Orders (POs); * **Reading and Interpretation of Mechanical Drawings**: a key differentiator for understanding what is being produced and identifying bottlenecks in machining; * **Manufacturing Concepts**: familiarity with MRP I and II, setup times, machine loading, and logical production sequencing; * Proven knowledge and experience in **Machining Production Processes**; * **Assertive Communication**: ability to interact effectively with operators and shift supervisors without causing friction, clearly conveying priorities, and collaborating with other company teams; * **Resilience and Adaptability**: on the factory floor, unforeseen events occur (e.g., machine breakdowns, raw material shortages); remaining calm to adjust plans is essential; * **Attention to Detail**: an error in machining sequencing can halt the entire assembly line; precision is non\-negotiable.
