Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring equipment availability and functionality by performing scheduled maintenance and reporting service activities. Key Highlights: 1. Perform scheduled maintenance to increase equipment availability 2. Reduce spending on parts and reuse materials 3. Ensure high equipment availability Responsible for executing maintenance with quality, minimum time, and lowest possible cost, aiming to guarantee equipment availability and functionality for operations across all restaurants in Brazil. Responsibilities and Challenges: 1) Execute scheduled maintenance in work orders (W.O.), contributing to increased equipment availability and functionality; 2) Monitor open service requests and work orders; 3) Report maintenance service execution to maintenance supervisors and analysts. 4) Reduce spending on parts and reuse materials; 5) Reduce corrective maintenance of equipment through scheduled shutdowns for maintenance; 6) Ensure high equipment availability according to company targets.
